Although I am a relatively 'new' business, I have over 17 years

'on-the-tools' experience.

 

I have served a 4 year apprenticeship with Kembery Group & Advanced Services based in Walthamstow, while attending Barking College in Essex, studying & passing NVQs in Plumbing & Gas from Level 1 through to Level 3.

 

During NVQ Level 2, I also completed the BPEC (British Plumbers Employers Council) Domestic Hot Water Systems Assesment which allows me to service, repair & install Mains Pressure/Unvented Hot Water Systems.

 

In addition to my BPEC qualification, I also completed Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS) Approval- showing my competence in working to current Water Regulations & Bylaws.

 

From NVQ Level 3, I completed all the required elements & assesments to become a fully qualified Corgi registered Engineer (now Gas Safe Register). My ID number (220819) has remained the same througout my career.

 

While based in Walthamstow, I regularly worked alongside experienced, qualified Plumbers, Electricians, Heating & Air-Conditioning engineers & this, I believe, has given me a good foundation of in-depth knowledge, broad experience & a wide skills-base on which today's modern Gas, Plumbing & Heating Engineer requires.

 

In 2001, I joined West Heath Developments Ltd, based in Paddington (London) as a fully-qualified Plumbing & Heating Engineer.

With the previous 4 years of  knowledge & experience under my belt & over the next 14 years, l have built the plumbing & gas-side of the existing property maintenance business into a reactive company that would undertake call-outs & installations (both large & small) alike.

In the 14 years that I have worked for West Heath, I have had the pleasure of working for a very wide & varied client base- from dripping taps in rented council flats to installing internet controlled, multi-zone heating systems in West-London mansions (& pretty much everything else in-between!)

 

While at West Heath, I have also had the added experience of being paired with an apprentice of my own.

After 4 years together, I am very proud to say that my apprentice, Nathan, became a fully qualified Gas, Plumbing & Heating Engineer & has since gone on to becoming a partner in a successful, growing Plumbing & Appliance Engineering Company in Middlesex.

Now, at the age of 35, I feel that it was the right time to branch out on my own & operate a dedicated, professional Gas, Plumbing & Heating business that my customers can rely on & I can be proud of.
